Presenters: Ruth and Scott Parsons, cookbook authors and co-directors of The Healthy Gourmet Food and Lifestyle School, have more than 30 years experience in organic produce growing and natural foods production. Ruth is a licensed counselor and Scott holds a degree in biology. They are both in their fifties and are role models for healthy aging.
Their mission is focused on solving the health issues related to over-consuption of processed foods in North America, while sharing simple, nourishing meals with children who might otherwise suffer, around the world.
