We use local and regional ingredients in our food products, and grow many of our own ingredients in our Wenatchee, Washington chef's garden, in partnership with Keiser Gardens, an original homestead nursery, founded in 1904.
We also seek out food suppliers who grow and process food in harmony with the natural environment, and attention to the highest quality.
